Doctor Ellie Bukowski is a character that appears in the Charizard the Dragon film series produced by Paramount Pictures and its spin-offs. She is a human and the most respected veterinarian in Red Hills. She is also the wife of the town sheriff, Mac Bukowski. 

Eventually deciding to move from her sleepy town to Los Angeles with Mac so the latter could live out his dreams, Ellie traveled ahead of Mac to look for a new home. When Mac arrived with Charizard the Dragon, however, Ellie agreed to help the two get Charizard off Earth. Following Charizard's triumph over Dr. Tyranik however, Ellie and Mac decided together to stay in Red Hills, where they took Charizard in as a part of the Bukowski family.

Sheriff Macauley "Mac" James Bukowski is a character that appears in the Charizard the Dragon film series produced by Paramount Pictures and its spin-offs. He is a human and the local sheriff of Red Hills, Montana.

Growing world-weary in Red Hills, Mac sought to move to Los Angeles for new opportunities to protect others from danger. Before his relocation however, he befriended Charizard the Dragon, who helped him realize his importance as a hero to the citizens he has worked with for years. Eventually, after helping Charizard dispose of Dr. Tyranik, he was convinced to stay in Red Hills, where he took Charizard in as a part of the Bukowski family.

While living with Charizard, Mac became a father figure to the dragon. After leaving him home alone to go with Ellie to Florida for Sandy and Andy's wedding, Mac would eventually have to help Charizard beat Tyranik again with the aid of Charmander Prower and Blastoise the Turtle.

Agent Louis is the secondary antagonist of the Charizard the Dragon film series produced by Paramount Pictures and its spin-offs. He is a human and Dr. Tyranik's henchman and best friend.

When Charizard the Dragon revealed himself on Earth, Agent Louis assisted Dr. Tyranik on his quest to capture the dragon. After Dr. Tyranik got banished from Earth, Agent Louis began following Dr. Tyranik's manifesto in order to elevate himself above the common man using science, eventually becoming the owner of the Mean Bean Coffee Café in Red Hills.
