Sheriff Macauley "Mac" James Bukowski is a character that appears in the Charizard the Dragon film series produced by Paramount Pictures and its spin-offs. He is a human and the local sheriff of Red Hills, Montana.

Growing world-weary in Red Hills, Mac sought to move to Los Angeles for new opportunities to protect others from danger. Before his relocation however, he befriended Charizard the Dragon, who helped him realize his importance as a hero to the citizens he has worked with for years. Eventually, after helping Charizard dispose of Dr. Tyranik, he was convinced to stay in Red Hills, where he took Charizard in as a part of the Bukowski family.

While living with Charizard, Mac became a father figure to the dragon. After leaving him home alone to go with Ellie to Florida for Sandy and Andy's wedding, Mac would eventually have to help Charizard beat Tyranik again with the aid of Charmander Prower and Blastoise the Turtle.
