Commander Rogers is a character that appears in the Charizard the Dragon film series produced by Paramount Pictures and its spin-offs. He is a human and a commander of the United States Armed Forces in the Pentagon, serving as Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the highest-ranking members of the various branches of the U.S. military. He later became commander of the Guardian Army of Nations, a task force dedicated to protecting Earth from extraterrestrial threats. He gives Team Charizard the key card before his death.
